TERMOS DE GARANTIA PARA VENDA DE EBOOK
Este Termo de Garantia (“Termo”) é aplicável à venda do E-BOOK PORTARIA 344/98 NA PRÁTICA (“Produto”) entre o vendedor ANDRÉA SOUTO MARTINS MONTEIRO (“Vendedor”) e o comprador (“Comprador”).
1. Conteúdo e Qualidade: O Vendedor garante que o Produto será entregue ao Comprador conforme descrito na pagina de venda. O Vendedor também garante a qualidade do conteúdo do E-Book.
2. Direito de Desistência: O Comprador tem o direito de desistir e solicitar o reembolso do valor pago pelo Produto no prazo de 7 (sete) dias a partir da data da compra, se estiver insatisfeito com o conteúdo do E-Book.
3. Procedimento de Devolução: Para solicitar uma desistência, o Comprador deve entrar em contato com o Vendedor por meio do E-mail andreamartinsmonteiro@gmail.com. O Vendedor se compromete a responder dentro de 24 horas e fornecer instruções sobre o processo de reembolso do valor pago.
4. Exclusões da Garantia: Esta garantia não se aplica a danos causados pelo uso inadequado do Produto ou por qualquer outro motivo que não esteja relacionado à qualidade do conteúdo do E-Book.
5. Reembolso: Após a confirmação da desistência do Produto, o Vendedor reembolsará o valor total pago pelo Comprador no prazo de 10 dias a partir da data de confirmação.
6. Limitações: Esta garantia é a única e exclusiva garantia fornecida pelo Vendedor e substitui todas as outras garantias, expressas ou implícitas.
Ao efetuar a compra do Produto, o Comprador concorda e aceita os termos e condições deste Termo de Garantia.
